How to follow the news

Articles are published in Czech, with a link to the original English source. You can follow them where you already work.

RSS — two feeds

Articles (Czech summaries of the news): https://www.ai-news.cz/blog/rss.xml
Changes (Message Center and roadmap, with admin deadlines): https://www.ai-news.cz/en/changes/rss.xml

Articles are for reading; changes are an operational list for IT. They are separate feeds, so you can take only one, or send each to a different place — changes into the IT team's channel, for instance. Works in any RSS reader and in Outlook (File → Account Settings → RSS Feeds).

Microsoft Teams — straight into a channel

The fastest way to get the news to a team: add the RSS feed to a Teams channel. It runs as a workflow in your own tenant, so it needs nothing from us and no external senders have to be allowed.

  1. In Teams, open the channel where the news should appear.
  2. Select More options (…) next to the channel name → Workflows.
  3. Search for RSS and pick the template that posts new feed items to a channel.
  4. Confirm the sign-in, enter https://www.ai-news.cz/blog/rss.xml (or https://www.ai-news.cz/en/changes/rss.xml) and choose the team and channel.
  5. Save. Every new article then shows up as a post in the channel.

Connectors used to be the way to do this; Microsoft is retiring them, so Workflows (Power Automate) is the current route.

E-mail digest

We also send a digest by e-mail. Besides a personal address you can use a Teams channel e-mail address (in the channel: More options (…) → Get email address), so the digest lands directly in the channel. Get in touch if you want it.

LinkedIn

Summaries and commentary are also posted in the LinkedIn group.
